NWRHCC Funding Application and Reimbursement Process

This page provides information to the NWRHCC and its members regarding the process of applying for and submitting reimbursement for grant funding.  Agencies that apply for funding from the NWRHCC must be located within the 10 counties served by the NWRHCC: Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Jackson, Moffat, Mesa, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt, and Summit.

All agencies requesting funding will follow the procedures outlined in the NWRHCC Project Funding and Reimbursement Guidelines.  The NWRHCC Steering Committee will review and score projects based on the established criteria.  Since the grant funding available is provided by the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP), the NWRHCC must adhere to specific requirements from both the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) as well as the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
